Build the Security Layer the World Actually Needs

XSignOn is a focused team working on problems that matter — AI governance, passwordless identity, and security that doesn't slow businesses down. If that sounds like work worth doing, we'd like to hear from you.

A Team Built With Purpose

XSignOn was founded out of a clear gap in the market: small and mid-sized businesses were being told to implement enterprise-grade security, but nobody was actually helping them do it without turning their operations upside down.

So that's what we built. A team of cybersecurity specialists, compliance practitioners, and technologists who believe security should be an enabler — not a tax on growth.

We're based in McKinney, Texas. Our team is intentionally lean — every person here works on things that go directly to clients. There's no layer of middle management between good ideas and execution. If you want to see the impact of your work, this is that kind of place.

The Problems We're Solving

Our work sits across four disciplines. Most people on our team touch more than one of them.

Identity & Access

Passwordless authentication, FIDO2/biometric rollouts, and zero-friction identity for organizations that have outgrown password policies.

AI & Digital Governance

Secure AI agents and LLMs with PostureOne, mapped directly to NIST AI-RMF governance requirements.

Zero Trust Infrastructure

Micro-segmentation, DSPM, and network architecture that isolate threats before they spread across critical enterprise environments.

Quantum-Safe Security

Post-quantum cryptography for regulated organizations securing sensitive data against tomorrow’s computing and decryption threats.

What It's Actually Like

We don't have a ping-pong table. We don't have a foosball room. What we do have is a team that takes the work seriously and a culture where people are expected to have opinions.

You'll work directly with clients — not just internally. You'll see what good security implementation looks like in the real world, across fintech, healthcare, and SaaS environments. You'll also see what happens when it's absent.

We value people who read the spec before they write the code, who ask the second question, not just the first one, and who can explain a technical concept to a CFO without oversimplifying it.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation, reviewed annually
  • Flexible work arrangements, with McKinney, TX, as an optional home base
  • Direct exposure to enterprise clients in regulated industries
  • Leadership that values and acts on technical feedback
  • Opportunity to work across the full security stack — not siloed into one area
  • Clear path for growth as the organization scales

Send your resume and a short note — not a cover letter, just a few lines on what you do and what you're looking for — to info@xsignon.com. We review every application we receive. Response times may vary, and we'll be in touch if there's a potential fit.

What We Believe About the Work

Security is infrastructure, not insurance.

It should be built in from the start, not bolted on after something goes wrong.

Clarity beats jargon.

If you can't explain it clearly, you don't fully understand it yet. We hold ourselves to that.

Small teams move faster.

Fewer sign-offs. More ownership. That's how good work actually gets done.

Trust is built, not assumed.

Internally and with clients. We say what we'll do and do what we say.
